This ATX® Lateral Row Machine is a professional rowing machine designed to develop a strong and muscular back. The alternating, unilateral lever arms with progressive movement enable a particularly natural rowing motion and optimal muscle activation. The independent movement of the lever arms also effectively corrects muscular imbalances.
