The ATX® rowing machine - Double-side Linear Row is an exceptionally versatile back machine with the option of using it on both sides for highly functional back training.
The variety of exercises is outstanding and includes, among others, bent-over rows, rows with chest support, and deadlifts in different grip widths and positions. This allows for the effective implementation of almost all relevant pulling movements for the upper and lower back.
Thanks to its sophisticated biomechanics and stabilizing stance, even challenging basic exercises can be performed with exceptional control, safety, and joint protection. Optimal power transfer ensures high efficiency and maximum activation of the back muscles.

Based on length and width, the pure floor space required is approximately 2.66 m². This refers exclusively to the footprint occupied by the machine. For comfortable and safe use, you should additionally plan for sufficient movement space on both training sides as well as space for placing the weight plates.
