The ATX ® Short Multi Grip Bar is particularly suitable for training the biceps/triceps and chest muscles. The 30° angled grip position relieves the joints, especially during tighter presses such as tricep presses or bench presses. The flat, straight design means the barbell can be used on both sides, allowing for 4 different grip options. The sturdy design made of thick-walled oval profile steel tube and solid steel weight plate holder guarantees maximum load-bearing capacity. Suitable for all standard weight plates with a 30/31 mm bore.
