Measuring 220 cm long and weighing 20 kg, this barbell conforms to the international standard dimensions of an Olympic barbell. The 50 mm weight plate mounts with 6-point needle bearings ensure smooth rotation (spin). Thanks to the double grip width markings according to international standards – IWF/910 mm and IPF/810 mm – and the center knurling, coupled with the high tensile strength of 185,000 PSI, this barbell can withstand high loads and offers a wide range of applications. Whether powerlifting (squats, bench presses, deadlifts), weightlifting, or classic strength training/bodybuilding, this barbell is ideal for multifunctional applications.
