The 50 mm weight plate mounts with 6-point needle bearings ensure smooth rotation (spin). Thanks to the double grip width markings according to international standards – IWF/910 mm and IPF/810 mm – and the center knurling, coupled with the high tensile strength of 185,000 PSI, this barbell can withstand high loads and offers a wide range of applications.
