With a length of 220 cm and a weight of 20 kg, this barbell meets the international basic dimensions of a so-called Olympic barbell. The 50 mm weight plate sleeves with 6-fold needle bearings ensure smooth rotation (spin). Thanks to the dual grip width marking according to international standards – IWF/910 mm or IPF/810 mm and the center knurling, coupled with a high tensile strength of 185,000 PSI, this barbell can withstand high loads and offers a wide range of applications.
