The alternating, unilateral lever arms with progressive movement enable a particularly natural rowing motion and optimal muscle activation. The independent movement of the lever arms also effectively corrects muscular imbalances.

The varying height specification results from the adjustable seat position. When setting up the machine, you should plan for adequate space to get in and out, load the side weight plate holders, and freely execute the rowing movement.
