ATX® Leg Master - Rack Add-On
The ATX® Leg Master Rack Add-On is the ultimate leg training station accessory for ATX® rigs and racks from the 600, 700, and 800 series. Compact, variable, and back-friendly – ideal for targeted squat and calf training.
The holder simply hooks into the posts of the Power Rack or Rigs at the desired height and is secured with the screw knob – no tools required.
During squat training, the load can be specifically shifted to individual muscle groups depending on the leg position – from the gluteus to the quadriceps. Thanks to upright back alignment and precise exercise guidance, effective training with significantly less weight is possible than with classic squats. Constant muscle tension is maintained throughout the entire exercise.
The integrated handle allows for intensive repetitions without a training partner and provides safety in case of muscle failure.
With an optionally available calf block, standing calf raises can be performed, and an additional Squat Block allows for further squat variations.
