The stated maximum load capacity of the barbell is only achieved under optimal conditions! The theoretically highest load capacity is possible for exercises with a wide grip, such as bench presses. The maximum load capacity is lowest for point-to-point, central load transfer, such as squats.
Failure to comply with the load limits and application areas specified in the tables may result in damage to the dumbbells!
In this case, exchanges and warranty claims are excluded! Please refer to the following table for application-specific load limits.

Maximum permissible weight load of the barbell

    • Wide grip width: 500 KG - flat bench press
    • Medium grip width: 400 KG - Deadlift
    • Narrow grip: 300 KG - Squats
