The ATX® Short Multi Grip Bar is particularly suitable for training the biceps, triceps, and chest muscles. The 30° angled grip position relieves stress on the joints, especially during narrower pressing variations such as triceps extensions while lying down or sitting.
This dumbbell is also ideally suited for close-grip bicep hammer curls.
Thanks to its flat, straight design, the barbell can be used on both sides, allowing for four different grip variations. The robust construction, made of thick-walled oval-profile steel tubing and a solid steel weight plate holder, guarantees maximum load-bearing capacity.
