The high-quality ATX® Soft Plyo Box reduces the risk of injury during training to a minimum, thus ensuring safe and varied workouts for athletes of all levels . The inner structure is a sturdy wooden box lined with high-density foam padding, while the outer shell is made of durable vinyl with printed height markings and the ATX® brand logo. Thanks to its substantial weight of 20 kg, the Soft Plyo Box is very stable and resistant to tipping . Jump and speed strength training with the jump box

A jump box allows for numerous exercises to train and develop areas such as speed and jumping power. We can recommend a wide variety of exercises for training with this product:

  • Squats: The jump is performed from the ground onto the jump box. The landing is in a "squat position".
