ATX® Training Bar 10 kg. Precise and heavy-duty barbell from the ATX ® series in HQ finish with international color coding. The 10 kg ATX ® Training Bar has a total length of 1700 mm with an inner handle dimension of 1240 mm and is therefore compatible with all professional racks, bench presses and shelves.
With a tensile strength of 165,000 PSI (165 K), this bar is highly resilient and ideal for heavy strength training.
The precise, non-slip knurling with double grip width marking and the silky smooth rotating bearing of the mounts ensure excellent handling.

The theoretically highest load capacity of the dumbbell is possible with exercises with a wide grip, such as bench presses. The maximum load capacity is lowest with point-based central load transfer, such as squats! Failure to comply with the load limits and application areas specified in the tables may result in damage to the dumbbells! Exchanges and guarantees are excluded in this case! Please refer to the following table for the application-specific load limits!
