The new ATX ^® Warrior Bench Slim sets new standards in terms of function and design! The ATX ^® Warrior Multibank Slim with an extra narrow backrest can significantly increase performance when doing bench presses and provides new training stimuli for more strength and muscle growth. The narrow back padding in the thoracic spine area allows the shoulder blades to move more freely than is usual with wide-padded weight benches, resulting in a significantly increased range of motion. This improves the stretching and flexibility of the muscles and significantly increases the range of motion. More muscle fibers are activated, particularly when doing bench presses and flyes, but also in many other exercises, which can lead to increased muscle stimulation and more performance gains.

The ATX ^® Warrior Multibank Slim with a narrow backrest is the ideal weight bench for achieving new training stimuli. With the ATX ^® Warrior Multibank Slim, you can perform all the exercises that you can do with any conventional multi-bench. Despite the narrow backrest, the wide padded part in the lumbar area means you always remain in a stable position during training.
