ATX® Wrist Roller forearm trainer
The ATX ® Wrist Roller forearm trainer is a first-class training tool for developing forearm muscles and grip strength.
The ATX ® Wrist Roller consists of a two-part steel handle with a tear-resistant nylon band attached in the middle, which is loaded with appropriate weights at the end. By turning / winding the band onto the spool, the forearm muscles and grip strength are specifically stressed.
The ATX ® Wrist Roller can be used hands-free or attached to all ATX ® rigs and racks in conjunction with the optionally available ATX ® universal mount, which enables even more targeted training. The weights (e.g. kettlebells or weight plates ) are simply hooked into the weight loop; a corresponding snap hook
is included as standard. Even more convenient loading is ensured by the optionally available ATX ® Loading Pin.

Wische bewegliche Teile regelmäßig ab, überprüfe Schraubverbindungen auf festen Sitz und achte auf die Lagerung in trockener Umgebung. Bei manchen Geräten empfiehlt sich eine gelegentliche Schmierung – Hinweise dazu findest du in der jeweiligen Bedienungsanleitung.
