Training on the Sissy Squat
The Sissi Squat trains the quadriceps, the front thigh muscle, better and in isolation than almost any other exercise. Even with the ever-popular squats, many strength athletes complain of a lack of feeling in the leg extensors. Many strength athletes feel more stimulation in the back part of the leg, the hamstrings, when doing squats. Since there is no hip flexion in the Sissi Squat, it is ideal for building massive thighs.
