The CHD Cast Compact Dumbbells are professional studio dumbbells with a proven, compact design – manufactured to meet the highest demands in fitness studios and home gyms. Each dumbbell is assembled from individual cast iron plates onto a solid solid steel handle and is permanently and securely connected.
A rubberized steel end plate is fixed on the face with a 14 mm thick steel screw and screw locking – the dumbbell is non-detachable and thus permanently safe in use. The compact design guarantees optimal handling for all exercises – from bicep curls and shoulder presses to rows and lunges.
