The Fascia Ball Dupla from Trendy Sport combines two fascia balls into one, allowing for simultaneous massage of parallel muscle strands – particularly effective along the spine and in the neck area. Due to the double punctual effect, trigger points are reached more precisely than with a single fascia ball.
