The Fascia Roller - Fascia Ball Dupla combines two fascia balls in one, allowing for massage of parallel muscle strands. The Dupla is an excellent training tool for self-massage of trigger points. Due to its shape, it provides double pinpoint pressure and is particularly suitable for trigger point massage of parallel muscle strands. It allows for efficient massage along the spine and in the neck, but can also be used for the head, temples, arms, legs, and much more. The intensity can be adjusted by applying your own pressure. The roller is available in two sizes and four colors.
With increasing age and decreasing physical activity, the body's fascia become less wavy, which can lead to connective tissue weakness. With the correct application of these balls, you can effectively treat your tense muscle areas yourself without having to visit a masseur. The Duo Fascia Ball is particularly effective for parallel muscle strands, such as those in the back or neck.
