Strongly securing compression adjusting ring 50 mm - chrome-plated / pair This compression adjusting ring has an internal metal band which is pressed onto the surface of the dumbbell when the rotary knob is tightened. This prevents the locking screw from pressing directly and thus punctually onto the holder, as is the case with conventional adjusting rings, but rather the metal band from being pressed onto the holder over the entire surface. Damage to the holder or the coating is thus minimized.
