The Lat Foam Grip 94 cm – made entirely of thick-walled steel and coated with a grippy neoprene layer – is extremely durable and offers perfect handling. Its excellent ergonomics enhance grip strength and muscle contraction.
The extended grip fin helps stabilize the wrist axis, thereby keeping the elbows at the correct contraction angle for optimal muscle contraction. The handle is made of 8 mm thick steel and coated with a 3 mm thick neoprene layer. The mounting hole has a diameter of 18 mm and is compatible with all standard carabiners with a diameter of 6–10 mm. Furthermore, the coating prevents damage to the paintwork on frames and equipment.
