Mini Squat Blocks

Training with the Mini Squat Block
Squats primarily target the thigh muscles (quadriceps and hamstrings) and glutes. A strong core, stability, mobile ankles, back muscles, and calves also play an important role in this exercise. To strengthen the calf muscles, we have the following equipment. When squatting, body weight rests on the balls of the feet and knee joints; the heels are not loaded. Many strength athletes find this somewhat difficult, but with the help of the squat block, this is a thing of the past.
The Mini Squat Blocks can also be perfectly combined with squat machines, such as the ATX® Belt Squat Machine, or simply used as a roll-stop for dumbbells.
