The Nohrd Sling Trainer may be a space-saver among training devices, but in terms of training options it offers almost everything that the large muscle training devices also offer. The constantly moving rings challenge the muscles to maximum activity due to the constant instability.
A compact muscle trainer for indoors and outdoors made of solid wood. The two rings can be easily adjusted in height and can be used safely thanks to the internal clamping mechanism. The sling trainer can be easily attached to the ceiling or a suitable branch using a carabiner.
The Nohrd sling trainer can be continuously adjusted in length. The internal clamping mechanism ensures perfect safety during the workout. The black-stained rings offer many holding options during training and are ideal for use with a diameter of 24 cm.
