The Nohrd Watergrinder upper body trainer is ideal for sailors or for shoulder rehabilitation training.
The teardrop shape of the wooden frame is a real eye-catcher in any living room or studio. The WaterGrinder's paddle is ergonomically designed and creates resistance in the water tank. The performance monitor can be swiveled, making it easy to read from both sides during training.
The wooden seat can be suspended at three different heights on either side. The WaterGrinder can also be used while standing without a seat. The cranks can be adjusted to eight different heights. This directly affects the training resistance: The lower the rotation speed, the higher the intensity.
The WaterGrinder can be operated from the front, back, and side. All positions focus on training the upper body (chest, abs, back, arms, shoulders).

The WaterGrinder's monitor offers a comprehensive range of training options. It's conveniently operated via touchscreen and can be swiveled for double-sided training. The Workout of the Day provides users with a new workout every day, and an integrated game provides fun and variety, where you guide a fish with your intensity. A power connection is required.
During training the following values are displayed: time, heart rate, kcal, watts/hour, watts, rpm.
