The BH Fitness (Deltoid Raise) lateral raise machine was designed to minimize friction during exercise and, thanks to lateral shoulder rollers, to ensure maximum adaptability to different body shapes. Ideal for gyms, rehabilitation centers, and professional training areas.

Training opportunities

• Lateral Raise: Isolates the lateral shoulder muscles by controlled raising of the arms to the side.
• Shoulder rotation in the upper lateral region: Activate the posterior shoulder muscles by slightly rotating at the highest point.
• Isometric holding angle: Hold the position at the highest point for a longer period of time – ideal for improving shoulder stability and muscle control.
