The AIREX® Balance-pad Elite is an evolution of the already proven balance pad. Its top and bottom surfaces feature a unique, non-slip, waffle-like texture that provides pleasant stimulation of the receptors in the soles of the feet during barefoot balance training. With a thickness of 6 cm, the AIREX® Balance-pad Elite offers the desired destabilizing properties. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain its balance, thus stabilizing the joints. Exercises performed on the Balance-pad Elite engage deeper muscles more effectively than exercises without a balance pad.
