ATX® Curved Hammer Bar

The ATX® Curved Hammer Bars are a cost-effective addition and asset to any gym. The proven quality as well as the optimized and well-tested designs make ATX Special Bars the first choice for ambitious athletes. This bar allows for extremely effective training of the biceps and triceps muscles.

The special shape of the dumbbell allows the athlete to move through the full range of motion during training, without having to cheat the exercise, which is unavoidable with normal barbells. The result is increased muscle contraction and an extreme pump effect.
