The ATX® Glute Ham Trainer Pro is one of the most effective and comfortable Glute Ham Developers on the market. With an unladen weight of 98 kg, this GHD is extremely robust, stable, and capable of handling heavy loads – for professional training in home gyms and fitness studios.
The semi-circular, heterogeneously shaped pads with a special foam core minimize pressure pain and provide maximum comfort. The training height of 110 cm (floor to top edge of padding) meets professional standards.
The fold-out knee rest increases safety – especially for beginners. The conically tapering opening between the pad rollers adapts to different ankle and foot sizes. The pad height is quickly and easily adjustable thanks to the slide-and-lock system.
The distance adjustment can be operated directly from the starting training position via a hand lever – for maximum efficiency without interruption. The continuous handrail on the footplate serves as a grip for Reverse Hyperextension, and two side handrails facilitate getting on and off. An integrated step-up platform, as well as hoops for resistance bands and transport wheels, complete the device.

Application
The Glute Ham Trainer is a special training device for strengthening your core. The so-called GHD uniquely allows for the training and strengthening of the hamstrings, glutes, lower back (erector spinae), hip flexors, as well as the rectus and oblique abdominal muscles. The ATX® Glute Ham Trainer PRO enables an extended range of exercises such as Hyperextensions, Reverse Hyperextension, and GHD Sit-ups.
