In addition to the classic weight plate holder on the straight lever arm, the forward weight horn offers the possibility of shifting the load point forward.
This results in a significantly improved strength curve for many exercises – for an even more effective training stimulus. The attachment is customized and flexible using a perforated grid system with quick-release screws.
