It's designed for a 30 mm diameter standard, but with optional adapters, it's also suitable for 50 mm diameter weight plates. This top-of-the-line lat pulldown machine features a stable and durable construction with excellent running characteristics. It's ideal for ambitious home users. Optimally train your back, shoulder, and arm muscles with this lat pulldown machine. The footplate attached to the bottom of the machine provides ideal support for rowing exercises. The machine supports a load of up to 160 kg.
