Training with Power Loops
Resistance bands are more versatile than any other fitness equipment. They can be used to warm up for strength training, strength training itself, Pilates, yoga, rehab or even calisthenics. Fitness loops are particularly good for muscle-specific warm-ups. With the help of the rubber bands, you can warm up your shoulders wonderfully and prepare the tendons, ligaments and muscles themselves for the subsequent strain. Exercises can be carried out for the entire rotator cuff - from external to internal rotation. Another health benefit that should not be overlooked is that when training with bands, the joints are not subjected to as much strain as with conventional dumbbells. Many bodyweight exercises can be made heavier by the resistance. This means that deeper muscles can also be trained. With fitness bands, you set stronger training stimuli and make the repetition range more difficult.
