exercises with the weight bench
Even with just a weight bench and a few compact dumbbells, you can perform many exercises and train effectively. We can recommend some of our personal best exercises:
- Dumbbell rowing (with this exercise you can train your back evenly on both sides)
- Pull-over with dumbbells (training of the lateral shoulder muscles, the large pectoral muscle, the triceps head and the latissimus)
- Bench press with dumbbells (training the abdominal and chest muscles --> healthy back)
However, there are many more exercises or training options with a weight bench. You can train practically all muscles if you have a few accessories and are creative.
