use in leg training
The leg muscles are the largest muscle group in the human body. Good leg equipment is therefore essential for effective leg training, at home or in the gym. The leg muscles can be roughly divided into the thigh muscles and the lower leg muscles. For effective training and optimal strengthening of the leg, the thigh should be trained on both the front and the back. For the lower leg, calf training is particularly important. Due to the size of the leg muscles, heavy weights can be moved, which is why it is important to choose and perform the exercises correctly in order to minimize the strain on the knee.
