Train your calves in the optimal sitting position. The knee pad can be individually adjusted to your body size, enabling ideal exercise execution and comfort. Vary the weight quickly and easily using the disc holder at the front of the device. The standard holder is 30 mm - can be extended to 50 mm with the following adapter . The calf machine can support up to 200 kg. The rubber feet and the weight of 50 kg ensure a secure stand and protect the floor. The seat lever has a ball bearing and can be used on both sides.
