The ATX® Lateral Raise + Flying Option – performing shoulder lateral raises has never been so easy and effective! This add-on option can be quickly and easily screwed onto ATX® 600 and 700 series rack posts. Attachment is extremely simple and secure using a rotary knob. The innovative ATX® option not only offers the possibility of various shoulder raise exercises such as standing lateral raises, front raises, or bent-over lateral raises, but also enables professional flys (flying movements) for targeted chest training. Adjustment/conversion is easy and tool-free using a rotary knob.
