The new ATX® Warrior Bench Slim sets new standards in function and design! The ATX® Warrior Multibank Slim, with its extra-narrow backrest, can significantly improve bench press performance and provides new training stimuli for increased strength and muscle growth.

The narrow back padding in the thoracic spine area allows the shoulder blades more freedom of movement than is typical with wider padded weight benches, resulting in a significantly increased range of motion. This improves muscle stretch and flexibility, and considerably expands the range of motion. Particularly during bench presses and flyes, but also during many other exercises, more muscle fibers are activated, leading to increased muscle stimulation and greater performance gains.

The ^ATX® Warrior Multibank Slim with its narrow backrest is therefore the ideal weight bench for achieving new training stimuli. All exercises can be performed on the ^ATX® Warrior Multibank Slim just as they would on any conventional multi-bench. Despite the narrow backrest, the extended lumbar support ensures you remain in a stable position throughout your workout.
