ATX® Squat and Calf Block

The new ATX® Squat and Calf Block is a combination tool for squat and calf training and is ready for use in seconds with just one movement.

The ATX® Squat & Calf Block consists of a robust steel base with a removable rubber wedge. The rubber wedge / squat wedge allows for an optimized upper body posture during squat training, relieving strain on the back and ankles. The ATX® Calf Block / steel base is extremely robust and ensures a secure stance during heavy calf raises. With an extra height of 18.5 cm, the calf block allows for a full range of motion during calf training. An excellent tool for beginners and professionals to optimize their stance for squats and calf raises.

Training with the Calf Block

With the help of the Calf Block, you can sustainably strengthen your calves and bring them into an athletic and aesthetic shape. Leg training is at least as important as upper body training. The calf muscles essentially consist of the two-headed calf muscle and the soleus muscle. The main task of the calf muscles is to flex the foot downwards, an enormously important function in walking, running, jumping, and other movements. Due to the different divisions, the calf muscles should be trained specifically - thanks to the calf device, you can do this comfortably at home or in the gym.

A muscle should always be maximally stretched before it is contracted - this fact was taken into account when designing the calf block. It is built in such a way that you have a particularly large range of motion during the exercise. Strengthened calf muscles will benefit you in many everyday situations. Stair climbing will suddenly become significantly easier and less strenuous.

In addition to the possibility of experiencing a new type of calf training, you can also use the calf block as a squat block to protect your joints and train your legs even more effectively. This way, you have to worry less about the correct execution and posture during your strength training and can instead train even harder at home.
