Foam Grips

Due to the size and complexity of our back, it is important to train it with various exercises and different grip variations. For example, overhead pulling exercises primarily train the latissimus dorsi, while front pulling exercises tend to target the trapezius muscle.

Foam grips differ significantly from conventional grips because they are ergonomically designed to fit the human body. As mentioned above, different grips are used to train different muscle groups. A common problem with back training is that grip strength gives out before the back muscle actually being trained. This means the back muscles aren't maximally stimulated, and the training efficiency decreases. Thanks to the ergonomic shape of foam grips, this is now a thing of the past. The optimal fit for the hands ensures that the forearms are relieved, allowing for better activation of the back muscles and thus achieving better training results. Furthermore, the ATX foam grips are curved in such a way that you pull your elbows at the correct angle to your body, thus achieving maximum contraction. Annoying slippage is a thing of the past thanks to the neoprene coating.
