The original Dynair® Ballkissen® Senso® 30 cm - Senso - made in Germany - is an air-filled, dynamic training device. One side features round, gentle Senso nubs, while the other has a velvety-smooth surface. The Togu Ballkissen is considered a simple and space-saving alternative to a large exercise ball and is used as a support for back and fitness training while sitting, standing, or lying down. The product is latex-free and manufactured by TOGU, the inventor of the ballkissen, at their own facility in Prien am Chiemsee, Germany.
The Dynair Ball Cushion promotes a healthy and strong back as well as a stable core. Training with the cushion provides simple yet effective relief and strengthening for the back.
