The dumbbells are made from individual discs mounted on a solid steel handle. A rubberized steel stop plate, which is screwed onto the front of the steel handle with a 14 mm thick steel screw, secures the discs. The steel screw is secured against loosening with a screw lock. The dumbbell made in this way is firmly fixed and can no longer be removed.
