This extra-strong fall protection mat / weightlifting mat 40 mm made of high-density rubber granulate can be used wherever increased shock-absorbing and sound-damping properties are required. The 40 mm thick plates are extra strong sound-absorbing and force-reducing, permanently elastic and shatterproof, thus excellently protecting equipment and the subfloor. A high-quality heavy-duty fall protection mat for heavily used dumbbell areas and dropping zones. These granulate plates are a quality product!
Universal area of application as a protective covering in trade and industry, used where an increased need for fall protection and sound damping is required. Therefore ideal for heavily used dumbbell areas, weightlifting, powerlifting.
Loose laying on all solid surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, screed, wood, tiles, laminate, short and firm carpet and plastic coverings with specified subfloors. Due to the high dead weight and the non-slip underside, gluing the panels is not absolutely necessary. Depending on the subfloor and requirements, the panels can, however, be glued punktually or over the entire surface. Possible adhesives can be found here in our shop.
If required:
+ re-releasable bonding with double-sided adhesive tape
+ welding with welding adhesive
+ if necessary, full-surface bonding with 2-component **polyurethane adhesive

The subfloor does not require any special pre-treatment, but must be solid, even, dust-free and dry. Small irregularities are easily compensated by the elastic covering. Exact longitudinal cuts or cut-outs can be made quickly and easily with a carpet/utility knife.
