Fango agitator type FAK - vessel made of V2A stainless steel or high-density aluminum, double jacket with thermal filling for fast and even heat transfer, thick-walled insulation. Lid made of aluminum with lifting aid and safety contact (switches off agitator when opened). Agitator drive via quiet worm gear motor, driven directly from below and installed concealed. Heated, long-lasting outlet valve NW 50. Overheating protection through temperature limiter. Control unit equipped with: On/off switch, interval switch (FAK 40 without interval switch), continuous stirring via timer 60min., stepless temperature controller, automatic sterilization 130 degrees C, control lights for heating and sterilization, safety display green/yellow/red.
