Multifunctional Station L485B - BH Fitness

The BH Fitness L485B multifunctional station has been developed for the precise execution of biomechanical exercises. Its smooth, natural range of motion supports complete muscle contraction and enables controlled training for both beginners and advanced athletes.

Precise, smooth, and durable

• Calibrated weights for reliable weight accuracy.
• Hard-chrome guides and IGUS bushings for smooth operation, minimal maintenance, and high resistance to friction and temperature.
• Coated steel cables, 5 mm and 6 mm thick, for safe and smooth power transmission.
• Stainless steel components and a robust 3 mm thick ST-37/40 steel frame with 8 mm thick support plates for high durability.
• Laser-cutting technology ensures optimal precision in tube cutting.

Natural training with flexible settings

The 360° freely moving handle adapts to the anatomical arm movement of each individual user. This keeps the movement natural, controlled, and safe. Multiple training positions and various training heights at the Ergoline stations allow for adjustment to different body sizes.

All adjustment and load selection elements are directly accessible from the training position. The magnetic weight stack selectors remain securely in place even during training. Two pull-up positions expand the training possibilities.

Many exercises at one station

The L485B combines several training areas in one compact multifunctional station:

• High pulley with double seat
• Dual single Ergoline with adjustable pulley
• Low pulley rowing
• Fixed high pulley without seat

The height-adjustable pulley on the high pulley stand with seat allows for versatile training of the back, arms, shoulders, chest, and core.

Extensive accessories

Included in the delivery are a tricep rope, three short metal handles, two long metal handles for core training, and a strap and bar for the lat pulldown.

Safe and comfortable training

Highly protective, impact-resistant polycarbonate covers prevent accidents and are particularly easy to clean. The seat with an injection-molded core is flame-retardant according to the M2 standard. Compared to classic foam agglomerates, the injection-molded core offers a uniform structure, prevents deformation, and provides increased protection against bacteria.

An explanatory graphic shows the muscles involved in each exercise and the correct body position. The BH Fitness L485B is designed in accordance with UNE-EN 957 and is suitable for a structured training program from beginners to advanced athletes.
