These power chains are ideal for progressive weight training and are extremely demanding. With each additional link you lift, you experience a weight increase. The locking rings on the power chains are designed for 50 mm diameter barbells. If you train with 30 mm barbells , you can easily and safely convert the rings to 50 mm using the adapters we offer. Besides using the power chains with barbells, they can also be used for other exercises, such as on dip bars or with a plyo box . These chains not only target superficial muscle groups but also engage supporting muscles and deeper muscle fibers. Due to the involvement of multiple muscle groups, proper form is crucial during your workout, especially when using heavier weights.
