The Seated Calf Machine Plate Load - Vision Fitness provides targeted training of the calf muscles thanks to optimized biomechanics. The robust Seated Calf Raise is designed for intensive training sessions, offering maximum comfort due to excellent ergonomics. The feet can be optimally positioned on the angled footrests – thus the calf muscles can be specifically targeted and trained.
The adjustable knee pad serves to secure the athlete in the calf machine. The 50 mm weight plate holder can be loaded with up to 150 kg. A release lever unlocks the training weight and also disengages it from the load. During exercise execution, hands can be positioned on the handles. If the weight load is not sufficient, additional resistance can be generated via the integrated resistance band holders.
