Dynamic & Resistance Mode

In dynamic mode, the running surface can rotate freely, allowing the user to power and train on it just like on a non-motorized treadmill. Users can perform various exercises with the free-running surface for a full-body workout. In resistance mode, the user can choose between different resistance levels, facilitating HIIT exercises and running techniques.
