The new ATX ® Roller J-Hooks have storage areas made of rotating cylindrical rollers that allow athletes to move even heavily loaded dumbbells horizontally with almost no effort, making it easier to align the dumbbell in the middle of the rack. This ensures absolute added value when training with heavy weights - whether for squats, bench presses or many other exercise variations! The cylindrical rollers have a smooth and straight shape without a centering groove, so that the dumbbell can be pulled forward to the stop before lifting it out, for example when doing bench presses. To prevent the J-Hooks from swinging away, they are equipped with comfortable spring locking pins on the back. All contact surfaces are provided with protectors to protect the knurling of the dumbbell bars. The rear impact surface is 17 cm high. The projection from the post to the front edge of the J-Hooks is 11 cm. An outstanding J-Hook with added value in a first-class manufacturing quality!
