🚚 Freight Forwarder Deliveries

Freight forwarder deliveries play a crucial role in the transportation of large or bulky goods. To ensure smooth receipt of these shipments, it is important to observe some basic information.

Curbside delivery

Freight forwarder deliveries are generally "curbside delivery". This means that the goods are delivered to the edge of the pavement or property. It is the recipient's responsibility to transport the goods from this point onwards.

Notification and extra costs for non-acceptance

Often, the freight forwarder will send a notification prior to delivery. It is important to pay attention to this notification and confirm the delivery or make changes to the appointment if necessary. Additional costs may be incurred if the delivery is not accepted, so timely clarification should be made.

Refusal of acceptance

If you refuse the freight goods without good reason, you, as the recipient, will bear the shipping costs incurred for the return shipment.

Claiming damaged goods

In the event of damaged goods, it is crucial to report this to the driver immediately. An immediate complaint allows for a quick resolution. In addition, it is advisable to accept the goods with reservations in order to preserve claims.

Accept goods with reservations

If you receive damaged goods, accept them with reservations. This means that you accept the delivery, but note the damage on the delivery note or a separate document. This written confirmation serves as the basis for later claims for damages.

If you specify a delivery location for your parcel, liability lies with the recipient. This means that you yourself assume responsibility for the safe storage of the parcel as soon as it has been delivered to the specified location.

The return of products is part of our customer-friendly service. Please note some important information regarding the processing of your return:

We want to offer you our products at fair prices. Therefore, we cover the shipping costs for orders over €289 within Germany. In the event of a return, we ask you to bear the return costs yourself. This way we can keep our prices stable and at the same time operate sustainably.

Please ensure that the returned items are in unused and original packaging to ensure smooth processing of your return.

Collection appointment for damaged freight goods

In the event of damaged freight goods, a collection appointment will be arranged, and it is required that the customer is present at the time of collection. This allows for verification of the damage and smooth return processing.

Return label for damaged parcel goods

If the goods delivered are damaged during parcel shipping, we will provide you with a return label. With this label, you can drop off the damaged goods yourself at a parcel shop. Please note that we do not offer collection for parcel goods.
