This universally applicable ATX ® Universal Supporting Pad allows you to use different sitting/supporting positions for optimal support in a variety of exercise variations, such as bent-over rowing (chest support), bent-over lateral raises, bicep curls, incline bench presses (dumbbells) and various other dumbbell exercises. The ATX ® Supporting Pad has 5 different setting angles, a horizontal sitting position and 4 different incline positions. The position angles can be adjusted quickly and easily using a plug-in safety bolt. The flexible height adjustment on the ATX ® system posts allows you to set the optimal training height precisely. An excellent accessory and a real supporter! Compact, affordable and with enormous added value!
The Supporting Pad is compatible with all ATX ® Rigs and almost all Power Racks from the ATX ® series:

Wie pflege ich mein Fitnessgerät richtig?
Wische bewegliche Teile regelmäßig ab, überprüfe Schraubverbindungen auf festen Sitz und achte auf die Lagerung in trockener Umgebung. Bei manchen Geräten empfiehlt sich eine gelegentliche Schmierung – Hinweise dazu findest du in der jeweiligen Bedienungsanleitung.
