The ATX® Universal Supporting Pad is a versatile training accessory for a wide variety of exercise variations – compact, affordable, and with enormous added value.
It enables various sitting and supporting positions for exercises such as bent-over rows (chest support), bent-over lateral raises, bicep curls, incline dumbbell presses, and many other dumbbell exercises.
5 adjustable angles – one horizontal sitting position and 4 incline positions – can be quickly and easily set using a pin-locking bolt. The flexible height adjustment on the ATX® system posts allows for precise adaptation to the optimal training height.
Compatible with all ATX® Rigs as well as almost all ATX® Power Racks.
