The ATX® Universal Supporting Pad is a versatile training accessory for a variety of exercises – compact, affordable, and with enormous added value.
It enables various seated and supporting positions for exercises such as bent-over rowing (chest support), bent-over lateral raises, biceps curls, incline dumbbell press, and many other dumbbell exercises.
5 adjustable angles – one horizontal seated position and 4 incline positions – can be quickly and easily adjusted using a pin-locking bolt. The flexible height adjustment on ATX® system uprights allows for precise adaptation to the optimal training height.
Compatible with all ATX® Rigs and almost all ATX® Power Racks.
Equipment may need to be secured against tipping / weighted down. Please refer to the instructions in the operating manual!

The mounting and locking bolts of the ATX® Universal Supporting Pad have a diameter of 20 mm. The holes in the compatible ATX® Racks of the 600, 700 and 800 series have a diameter of 21 mm. This provides sufficient clearance for easy insertion and removal of the bolts.
