This freestanding, multifunctional pull station allows for a multitude of exercise variations – even in the smallest of spaces! The device with the lever arms is height-adjustable to 12 different positions – and the lever arms are vertically adjustable to 10 different positions, allowing over 100 different starting/pulling positions to be created. With the four pull handles included in delivery, you can easily create a complete workout program. The weight is adjusted in fine 5 kg increments using the integrated 80 kg weight block. The lever arms are easily and conveniently adjusted using a sophisticated adjustment mechanism. The lockable and height-adjustable cross handle and the permanently attached footrests at the bottom ensure stable and secure positioning for various exercises. The weight block system enables further exercise variations; this blocks the pulling function. With the included long handle straps, you can now perform exercises using your own body weight – similar to a sling trainer/suspension trainer.

The device is extremely stable and beautifully crafted. The lever arms and rollers are mounted on ball bearings, ensuring silky-smooth, jerk-free operation. From close-grip pulls to cable crossovers, this device enables a wide range of exercises.
