Training on the Sissi Squat - optimal for leg training/quadriceps training

The Sissi Squat trains the quadriceps , the front thigh muscle, better and in isolation than almost any other exercise. Even with the ever-popular squats, many strength athletes complain of a lack of feeling in the leg extensor. Many strength athletes find that squats are more of a stimulus in the back part of the leg, the hamstrings . Since the Sissi Squat does not involve flexing the hip, it is ideal for building massive thighs. Leg training is important for strengthening and toning the muscles in the leg area and for improving general fitness. General fitness depends largely on the legs, as these are the largest muscle group in the human body. It can also help to increase mobility and prevent injuries.

The Sissi Squat exercise, for example, is ideal as an isolation exercise after a difficult basic exercise. This means that the muscle is already tired and the leg extensors can be trained in isolation. Leg extensors and leg curls can also be made to grow using our leg equipment . If you want to train your quadriceps in particular, you can also use front squats with a slight modification.

With the help of the Sissi Squat Master Compact you can do exactly the same training, but require less space due to its smaller design.
