Our CHD compact rubber dumbbells are professional studio dumbbells that meet the highest standards. Their proven compact design ensures optimal and safe handling. The dumbbells are made from individual discs mounted on a solid steel handle. A rubberized steel stop plate, which is screwed to the front of the steel handle with a 14 mm thick steel screw, secures the discs. The steel screw is secured with a screw lock to prevent loosening. The dumbbell thus manufactured is firmly fixed and cannot be removed.
