The 20 kg ATX® Training Bar - Chrome has a total length of 2200 mm with an inner grip dimension of 1310 mm, making it compatible with all professional racks, bench presses, and storage units. With a tensile strength of 165,000 PSI (165 K), this bar is highly resilient and ideal for heavy-duty strength training. The precise, non-slip knurling with double grip width markings and the silky-smooth swivel mounts ensure excellent handling.
